I’ve had several great burgers the last few weeks but this time around I wanted to get out of my burger comfort zone. Square 1 Burgers has a wide variety of burgers so it was easy to find something different to try.
I looked over the menu several times and for some reason I kept coming back to the Toga Party. I gave it a shot and it was a nice change of pace. The burger was super delicious by itself. Gotta Love ANGUS! The feta, tomato and sun-dried tomato mayonnaise added some great flavor. My favorite part was the fresh basil – very nice! I thought the burger looked a little small but it was plenty. Props to Square 1 for not over doing with a massive bun. My only complaint was the bottom bun did get a little soggy.
