I’m a Tampa native and have had Cuban sandwiches all over the Tampa area. There are several that are pretty darn good. For me, there’s no question – the best Cuban sandwich in Tampa is at Aguila Sandwich Shop. There’s a reason the establishment has been featured on Food Network and twice on the Travel Channel. Aguila’s Cuban is sandwich artistry at it’s finest. Everything is perfect – just the right amount of ham and roast pork with the Cuban bread pressed to an ideal crunch. I could go on and on. No need. WINNER!
