Well, the Key West Shrimp & Grits from Bahama Breeze is damn good. You get a ton of shrimp with bacon and mushrooms – all cooked to a nice, smoky sear. Throw it all on top of super, cheesy, buttery, creamy, grits. But wait, there’s more, pour on some fresh citrus Hollandaise. What’s Hollandaise? Mayonnaise from Holland??? Again, who cares, it’s good. My only suggestion is to add a little heat – makes it that much better. Oh and throw out the green beans. They seem out of place.
