Obviously not your traditional NY Style type of a joint, but there is absolutely a place for Sally O’Neal’s pizza style in the cook book. The crust was very tasty, it was a little thinker than I usually prefer, but it had a bit of garlic bread flavor to it. That little bit of brushing with some garlic butter goes a long way!
The chicken and tomatoes we juicy and delicious. Even when I toasted the left overs the dough didn’t get soggy from sitting in the fridge. (A very good test if there was too much oil)
This place has been here forever, definitely worth stopping by on a drunken walk home down Howard or on the way home from work to the family.
Chicken Pesto Pizza- Authentic Pesto with garlic, toasted walnuts, Romano and fresh basil. On top are tomatoes, roasted red peppers, chicken breast & Parmesan.- 18.95
Great spot for some different pizza flavors and a thicker crust! 9.5
