A tasty and unique modification of a traditional Cuban. I was drawn to this sandwich mainly because of the interesting sounding slaw that was on the sandwich. It had a little bit of a strong lime flavor to it, almost like a ceviche, and there wasn’t much of the jalapeno fire that I was looking forward to, but the pork was quite delicious.
The combination of textures and flavors came together in a pleasant way. I think if the slaw had a little less lime in it and added the jalapeno this would have been out of this world. Since the pork was so amazing I look forward to going back in my search for the best Cuban in Tampa.
Overall I am thinking a 8.0.
